people who touch my elbows scare me

tell me why, at 7:57 in the morning, a teacher walks by me, says nothing, doesn’t even look at me, just taps me on the elbow and continues casually walking away

no bc when i was in therapy i was told to touch my elbow so i dont worse things to myself and now my friends and i randomly go up to each other and touch their elbows to show them that they dont feel safe
