wtf kids are so cruel (TW talking about LLAW)

the fact is, this isnβt the only case of things like this, this one is just a really big one. if you want someone who never caused you any harm to kill themselves, youβre a sick person.
-
and the fact that REALLY pisses me off is that in legal terms, defamation is defined as a FALSE statement that damages the reputation of a person, business or organization. so in a court of law, if it was proven that these girls did bully her (which has been comfirmed by other students iirc), and they released the case without prejudice, meaning that it can be reopened by the mothers of the girls who bullied aubreigh.
-
finneass <33 exactly! i one hundred percent agree with this. a year ago my crusty exβs friends actually bullied me to the point where I cut up my arm so bad and literally no one did anything about it bc all of them continued to bully me after the fact that I was genuinely hurting. like these kids make fun of people and dont care bc theyβre getting love for it. the suicidal rates are higher than they were years ago bc kids these days think its okay. i struggle with suicide myself on a daily basis and ive lost a lot of people from suicide. two years ago today i lost my best friend connor from suicide like it hurts losing close people from suicide. it even hurts me from losing myself everyday why the actual fuck would i want to bully someone until they lose themselves too. god it makes me sad that we have to live with bullies all the time.
-
βππ rylie i lost mine to suicide too, the world is fucked up, i deadass want to move to remote island somewhere where people wonβt bother me
-
finneass <33 bro! aubreigh wyatt was only 13 years old and she got bullied so much she committed suicide and whats even more sad the girls that bullied her CONTINUED to bully her and made fun of her death on social media. like wtf?? what tf are these parents teaching their kids? if i did something like that i wouldnβt live with myself anymore tbh
-
finneass <33 deadass id go with ya lol
-
βππ rylie and the parents had the nerve to file the lawsuit, the evidence is there and the judge dismissed it without prejudice so they can REOPEN the case
-
finneass <33 dude exactly like wtf is wrong with you? she was so pretty too like wtf
-
βππ rylie yeah it made me mad when i saw it when she first committed
-
finneass <33 for real like i hate this generation.
-
finneass <33 never would i wish that on anyone, because that sucks.
But why are they paying attention to her and not others that have happened
Theyβve kinda made her a trend, and itβs kinda upsetting to see.
Again my opinion kinda sucks as well but tons of people say the same thing
Obviously itβs not aubreyβs fault at all and i wish her family the best
-
@yae-its-melanie-lokre to me, as a survivor of attempts, i like the awareness on her case, and the reason her case is big is because of her mom and the legal situation, thatβs why itβs moreso of a trend
-
finneass <33 true but people use her for clout as well.
-
@yae-its-melanie-lokre that would happen in any case
-
βππ rylie said in wtf kids are so cruel (TW talking about LLAW):
what tf are these parents teaching their kids?
The wrong things. Or not teaching them at all, just letting the INTERNET take their roles instead
-
βππ rylie Iβll get me shovel I js need address
-
There was a suicide advice online community forum where everyone did nothing but encourage suicide, and to even think those places actually exist.
-
@Lorak I went onto that forum, it was horrendous
-
@Lorak itβs still out there is the fucked up part
-
right! and there was more than one bully, so they all knew what they were doing. After aubrey did what she did, the bullies made a video of a doll covered in red paint, pretending it was aubrey. for anyone who is confused, they were making fun of her death. Ava case, Molly noblitt and other girls that i dont know the name of were the bullies. They have posted saying they are sorry, but they are not. They just dont like how the world is hating on them. And no, they didnt get any sort of trouble with the law, not even school. Mollys parents work for the school and they made sure they didnt get in trouble. I feel so bad for aubrey. She didnt deserve to die. Her and her mother Heather told the school multiple times about those girls, and they didnt do anything. Either molly or ava slapped aubrey, giving her a huge red mark. but either molly or ava claimed βI didnt even hit you hardβ all of those girls deserve to rot in jail.
