But please know that your worth and value come from who you are as a person, not from someone else’s opinion or actions. Your head Is getting to you, I want you to know that You are so much more than enough, and you deserve to be loved and respected by someone who truly sees and appreciates you. It’s okay to take time to process your emotions and grieve the relationship that could’ve been, but don’t let your thoughts define your self-worth.
