when people do bad things, it is believed that one day, it’ll come around to bite them in the ass; this is punishment for their actions. this is described in a single word: karma.
there are two judges at the end of the day, and neither of them are you (unless you get the job of course). it doesn’t matter if the misdeed happened to you from another person; you do not exact that punishment onto them. for many religious people, their higher beings are their judge. legally, there’s the judge; the one who determines how long your sentence should be, and perhaps if you should be sentenced at all; although, that’s likely for your audience. again, it has to be your job. if it isn’t your job, leave it to karma to work its way around. you are not karma. you can set off everything necessary for them to receive their karma, but you will not exact that punishment.he did something terrible. you doing something terrible back just tells karma she has another guest.
