The creepiest (paranormal) moment u ever experienced?

I was in my bed staring at the wall for a while abt to sleep. I heard someone say my (Old) preferred name. “Kai” i was like, nobody knows i go by that name? tf? I got up and walked out my room and i asked everyone in my house ‘did you say the word Kai?’ all said no. I walked back to my room, got back in bed, closed my eyes for abt 5 mins, and there was a shadow ‘person’ standing in my room facing me. I blinked at it, it was gone. I was scared shitless

I literally got pushed into a room and got locked in for like 5 minutes and the friend I was with thought I was crazy
