Does anybody see/sense ghosts regularly? and is anyone a professional abt that?

I haven’t been seeing them recently but- i’ve been sensing them and hearing them (cries in my last post) I- The ghosts i’ve been sensing were more aggressive each time i sense them. like- There was a time where- I was deadass getting ghost hugs- Now they finna run me a fade… what the fuck can someone explain

I can’t, but just sensing a ghost is enough just by feeling cold from when they’re near, other than that they can tamper with things to give you signs that they’re present.
One time when I was in kindergarten, I was sitting by the back near by my teachers desk as she read to the class. Her tape got moved by an inch, nothing was there to see what had moved it. -
