yesterday I watched a tiktok titled ‘i may have down syndrome but I know you looked’ and it was a video where she put on a down syndrome filter, and made it look like her ass was massive filmed and it in an elevator, advertising her OF.
this PMTFO. I am HEATED. because this bitch fucking ACTED DOWN SYNDROME, A GENETIC DISEASE THAT LITERALLY NOBODY CAN HELP. JUST FOR HER OF ACCOUNT. LIKE THIS IS A CULTURAL SHAME.
on a lesser note, people nowadays will be like moderately weird and be like “oh I have autism its fine” like if you have autism, you wouldn’t know what you were doing is weird, you wouldn’t pick up on social clues. STOP EXCUSING YOUR BEHAVIOR WITH SOMETHING THAT YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE.
{section removed due to more information}
now I know that there are different forms of all illnesses, mental or physical, but the same people want to be treated normally as if they never had the illness in question. like THEY WANT ATTENTION AND THEN CLAIM THAT THEY JUST WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN. LIKE?!
Rant concluded, feel free to discuss this further with me.

someone Sadly, some people think ts is tuff. Faking a genetic illness is not tuff.

Blake agreed

somebody said in so I'm pissed [TW: uhhh idk smth]:
THAT’S AN ATTENTION DISORDER, NOT A FUCKING BEHAVIORAL DISORDER.
Well, adhd can change how you see things and affect your behaviors, thoughts, and how you act socially. For instance, my adhd gives me mood swings and anxiety. It has VERY MUCH SO affected how i act around others.
I don’t believe you should shame anyone who mentions they have adhd to try to excuse their behavior, because it can help you understand some things they do they do not mean.
thats my opinion anyhow

★☆☆☆☆ so uh I did some research yesterday, you’re right, and I will be revising my current statement
