Makes it harder to get my post up now, not complaining about it just wondering why and the reason?

So that you don’t constantly spam create topics all at one time. I also question that - I’d think you’d only need that for posting within a topic.

For just posting, it’s the same thing. Prevents easily spamming the forums I guess.
