This is my workout:
Midnight Terror Workout A.K.A MTW(11:05am to 1:15am):(Before workout, Stretch.)
Run in place for 3:05 Minutes
Do 35 squats (Tired? Jog in place to get some rest and then do the squats)
15 push-ups
5 min break
35 Jumping jacks (Tired? Jog in place to get some rest and then do the Jacks)
20 squats
22 Mountain climbers
5 min break
Sumo squat for 45 second
Run in place for 3:05 minutes
10 sit-ups
11 pushups
10 Burpees
8-minute break
2:00 Minute or 2:30 minute plank
Arch lunges (Left then right)
50 calves raise for 2 reps
11 pull-ups
Run in place at 120% for 1:30 Minutes.
MIDNIGHT TERROR.I decide to do it at this time now because Everyone is sleeping and I’m upstairs.
