@GAME-THEORY I’m not sure. Why not make a new account? You can certainly change your name to whatever you want, but I think this account would have to be removed for you to copy an existing user name. It’s more than easy to skip all that with a borrowed account, I know, but this specific account has gotten lots of attention because of now banned @Dreamy.
I guess you can use this for now, but you should honestly register as an original/new user soon.

@GAME-THEORY Dreamy wanted to get to -1000 reputation because he just wanted to I think. At that time he wasn’t necessarily “disliked” but later when he was becoming offensive, his reputation ended up staying, ironically. Most of hie rep was earned because of his goal haha.
