@Grey_From_Pokepasta_Real i have had this issue before, what i recommened is watching anything satisfying online, one of my favorites is clay crachking, if none of this works, try watching a movie you love or show, but if you want healthy food alternatives i recommened drinking water fast, aslong as your not hungry, the water should make you feel full, and not want to eat
