For example, someone on my bus made a joke about self-harm to me, who has gone through SH. And while I know it’s not the same, I still feel bad for you, and I’m sorry that that had to happen.

As is clear to any regular mpp.community user, there is a lot of hate going around. That’s why we need YOU to make a change for the better!
As of today, Duchess and I are starting a movement For the Better here on MPP.

The main idea is that we all practice civility, and kindness in all our posts and comments. No more hatred, bullying, name calling, or insults from any party.

The foreseeable problem with this is that just telling other people to be nicer and more kind won’t work.
That’s why we ask YOU to make the change.
