Taking care of little things like sleeping and even your physical hygene can actually help your mind. There are plenty of studies out there that show people who get a good nights sleep have a better mental health than those who donβt. Not to mention physical health. I used to stay up till 6, 7, 8 in the morning. Sometimes didnβt even sleep at all. My physical health was so out of wack. I had headaches, dizziness, my eyes hurt, and I overall just felt sick. I decided to try sleep at 5β¦4β¦3β¦ And now I sleep before 2. It took me three years, but hey, thatβs okay. Itβs really important to me that you get sleep. I donβt even mean just nap here and there. Having a steady sleep schedule actually does wonders. Believe me lol
