I stand at the foot of the bed
A million thoughts in my head
I turn to all the different reflections
And I’m covered in bandaids

Bandaids fall…
Bandaids.
They just keep on coming off
They wash away with blood
And all I am, breathing stops
As my skin drips away

I stand in the shower for about an hour
A million pieces of me shatter
I turn to all the creatures at the other side
I wipe away all the evidence
Play it off as bandaids ripping at my skin
Ripping me apart
And I just blame it always on something else
