He said he was going to kill himself, and he seemed legitimately serious about it.
I don’t know why he’s been so depressed, though. He said that everything in his life never went up - it was always downs :( -

Some people’s pain is their life, and they would rather end that pain then live with it. Even though it is never the answer.

When I was younger I had thoughts of killing myself and dying, but I’ve never really wanted to do it, out of a strong hatred of pain, and a fear of what you experience after dying. If it’s just nothingness, I want to avoid death for as long as I can. I’m not that superstitious, but I want to avoid dying in case things like Hell are real, y’know? :)

@Calistaa I personally somewhat do have a fear of what happens after death too - I haven’t thought about it a lot, and I really shouldn’t, but it’s just something that some people think about.

@Calistaa Yeah, dying can be tempting just to not have to deal with the pain of the world, but the unknowing of what would happen to you during and after is more scary. So it kind of snaps you out of it, I guess.
