Ya know what I absolutely hate?

When I am there for a friend, I tell them they’re awesome and all that. Yet they act like I haven’t done shizz. I’m not top on their friend list, hell, I’m not even top 10. And I spend my hours, trying to be their friend, trying to get them to care about me. But nope, they’ll leave me on read like they just barely met me. Like they haven’t known me since 2021. Like I’m nobody. But nooooo, they’ll respond to someone that barely knows anything about them in a heart beat.

I try not to care though, but it really fricking bugs me that they treat someone better then they treat me, when I’ve always been on their side, when I told them what their life was worth.

@Creati132 I truly understand - I honestly can’t tell you how many times that has happened to me, whenever I choose to encourage/be new friends with someone that definitely needs attention and help, but turns out that they either don’t bother for any more attention that they may have got already, or that they just don’t seem to care, for whatever reasons uncertain.
But honestly, the sole fact that you offer to be as best, as good as a friend to whomever needs one, instantly makes you someone that’s really special- someone that has a caring heart, and the caring will to be there for someone in the first place.
I always admire that in people, and I truly admire that in you, Creati. They may just not appreciate or realize how much you try, but it never fails to show
