While anonymous messages are fun when you’re bored, there’s been some recent consideration towards concerns regarding the misuse of messaging on these sites.
It has come to the point where we can’t trust everyone with the anonymous capability to message people. For the sake of preventing any more issues, we moderators have agreed to enforce restrictions in sharing anonymous messaging site links.
Reason for doing so are as follows:

• Possibility of getting trolled (i.e, discouraging messages, sexual messages etc.)
• Blackmail
• Results in numerous repotrs/concerns regarding acclaimed suspicion of given message(s)

Regarding all that has been said, please do not provide any links to anonymous sharing sites anywhere, including bios, in posts, comments or Dms.

Angel Well, If it weren’t for all the reasons above, I’d have to agree that most people would think this is a silly enforcement.
It was silly that an ordinary anonymous messaging site ended up used advantageously.

Shazz_ as unfortunate as it is this is kind of the only option we have left. We’re giving the people like lav and other trolls the attention they’re wanting and overall it’s just not worth it. It gives them reason to stay here and give us mods more stress than we like. I hate that we have to do this because honestly I love the idea of the anonymous messages it’s a really fun and cute idea. It just got out of hand and we can’t really have anything like lav happening again. I hate it and I’m sure y’all hate it but rn it’s all we can do.
