I just really wanna rant about something I really hate now-adaysGetting in some dumbass argument about someones pronouns, I'm talking about when its by accident. I get it, being mispronouned [That's not a word but I'm making it one in this.]I had a one-sided argument about this bout a couple weeks ago cause I didn't know the person OR THEIR PRONOUNS. So they got super angry and me and got their friend to try and beef with me :Skull: I kept telling them trying to beef with me over smth like this isn't worth my time.Did they stop? No, I had to tell them a total of 20 TIMES until someone intervened. Then they started adding they're other little friends to try and gang up on me.Now, if I don't know you and you're pronouns I will automatically go with gender neutral pronouns until I'm told otherwise. Apparently, thats wrong.AND NOW PEOPLE ARE BEING CANCLED ABOUT IT??Y'all are so stuck up that you can't see pass you're own ass TO JUST TELL SOMEONE YOU'RE PRONOUNS. It's not ENTIRELY their fault especially if they don't know you or don't know you well enough.How are you gonna get mad AT A COMPLETE STRANGER who doesn't know you for misgendering/pronouning you? They don't know you, you're family, friends, etc. THEY DON'T KNOW YOU OUTSIDE OF WORK OR IN THE REAL WORLD.I hate people now-adays. Getting so upset over some petty/small shit. -

Like jeez, LGBTQ+ karen, didn’t know you were such a fucking baby- like god. This is why i tell people that if they mispronounce me it’s perfectly fine cause I don’t know them and they don’t know me

How are you gonna get mad at someone for not automatically not knowing you're pronouns? They aren't just gonna walk up to you and just automatically know.If you're gonna get mad at someone for that at least tell them first before getting upset. -

Thats such bullshit. Like misgendering someone on accident is okay as long as you try to correct it, I don’t make a scene about it because in the grand scheme of things, there’s bigger fish to fry. But this generation is such bullshit, like assuming someones gender when you don’t know is a normal thing and you can correct them, its not the end of the world.

That’s exactly what I do. And so many other people. So, no, you’re not wrong by doing that. I feel like this generation of cancel culture is just an excuse to go off on people for not agreeing/doing what they want.
