I also get bummed out very easily, especially whenever someone tries to argue with me. I lost my nerves of steel that I used to have before so now whenever an argument happens involving me I just back out and block/mute/ignore the other side

Iβm sorry that happened to you, and I know how it can feel sometimes, when someone just wants to upset you or start something, it can honestly take a toll on your self-esteem and feelings themselves, and most of the time, I donβt know how to react but ruminating about it the entire day.
But I understand that you mostly block whoeverβs being mean to you, or annoys. I donβt necessarily do that but again, Iβm sorry that certain people have made you like that. -
Yeah itβs just something Iβve been told by everyone. βIf someoneβs bothering you, just ignore themβ. Iβve recently just started doing this and it really has helped me a lot. If you want the raw numbers however, 48 people blocked on discord (was only at 9 at the beginning of 2023), 12 people blocked here and a dozen of people chat muted on MPP

The only downfall what I am doing is that as I add more and more people to my blocked list, The more and more I become isolated
