I also get bummed out very easily, especially whenever someone tries to argue with me. I lost my nerves of steel that I used to have before so now whenever an argument happens involving me I just back out and block/mute/ignore the other side

Iโm sorry that happened to you, and I know how it can feel sometimes, when someone just wants to upset you or start something, it can honestly take a toll on your self-esteem and feelings themselves, and most of the time, I donโt know how to react but ruminating about it the entire day.
But I understand that you mostly block whoeverโs being mean to you, or annoys. I donโt necessarily do that but again, Iโm sorry that certain people have made you like that. -
Yeah itโs just something Iโve been told by everyone. โIf someoneโs bothering you, just ignore themโ. Iโve recently just started doing this and it really has helped me a lot. If you want the raw numbers however, 48 people blocked on discord (was only at 9 at the beginning of 2023), 12 people blocked here and a dozen of people chat muted on MPP

The only downfall what I am doing is that as I add more and more people to my blocked list, The more and more I become isolated
