can’t wait to go home and see a tree potentially inside my home…
-
if it crashes into your house you can sue them for property damage and get more money than that switch and TV cost you.

@Calistaa When I was 7, there was this huge tree in my backyard of my old house and we had taken it down because it was too loose and was going to fall on my parents’ bedroom if we didn’t. There was a tornado storm a few months later and I spent the night in my parents’ room. I am just really glad we took that tree down when we did. I would have been toast for sure. That tornado was a mile from our house, too.

If it falls, can't you legally sure them for that?
Cause, you didn't pay them to basically destroy your house
-
Matter of fact I didn’t pay them at all
-
@Calistaa
Well- Not you as in you-
I meant like- You're guardian/parent-
-
{_𝐘𝐋𝐋_} we’re not the ones getting the tree cut down we didn’t pay them
-
@Calistaa
I just reread the title and I feel so dumb rn-
-
{_𝐘𝐋𝐋_} It’s just a matter of concern because the same neighbors cut down a different tree next to us and it almost hit our house and destroyed our fence
-
@Calistaa
Ahh, I see now
-
i want a tree🥲
-
i might be able to show it when i get back from school if they didn’t cut it down yet
