60 second wait time

Is this 60 seconds apply for every new topic, or does it include comments too?
On second thought, it does apply to comments which will probably deter activity on the forum in my opinion.

I think it only includes comments, although I might be wrong.

Shazz_ Lol, I had already answered my own question. I canβt seem to post more than once comment within a single minute.
@Duchess, Maybe a quota which allows a maximum 3 comments in the past single minute (or 3 minutes) would work better.

Yeahh,
Probably could use an adjustment in the amount of time - otherwise Iβm glad many of the spam situations have gone away which is an improvement. -
60 seconds is perfectly fine by me, I rarely post anyways, and it really thins out the flood of trash I donβt even wanna read.
And no, donβt come at me with your annoying βwElL JusT bLOcK tHEmβ since not only does that get rid of their annoying spam posts, but also useful and interesting posts which I would feel nice enough to give a read. -
@A38 But imo if many people ask for the wait time to be shortened, 45 seconds seems a like great balance.

@Karol See, that is what I wasnβt aware of. Apparently it effects comments too. If I knew that, I wouldnt have enabled this. All mods/admins have a bypass to wait limits so I didnβt know. I went on my test account to see this.
