There is no need to feel that you’re burdening someone because you have something to get off your chest. That’s also their job to listen and understand your perspective.
And If it’s a friend and you feel like your burdening them with your problems, Tell them. maybe they’ll understand. If they don’t, Maybe they aren’t good friends.
