@保志久美 Omg I’ve experienced so many periods where I forget to wear a pad and it just decides to start that day even when it was supposed to start the day before or after

@Namira No it’s usually day 1 for me and the pain is usually so bad that if I don’t take ibuprofen after a few hours I get dizzy and to the point of almost fainting
