It hangs up on my wall. 81 days. 81 days until I see my home again. It won’t be long now.
There were a lot of pages from that book I could have taken. Out of all of them, I chose that one. After a month of literal blood, sweat, and tears, I had made a family. I had another home. Thank you LSM. And especially thank you to my previous roommate, Eddie.
