No, we will stop this.MPPC has been up on the internet for years, and so many of us have memories about this place. We’ve faced so many things in this community, and many users have left. The rest of us, we’ve been through this and we therefore are strong. We will try and postpone the shutdown as much as possible, my fellow MPPC users. This is where we make our stand. The admin shouldn’t shut down the forums simply because they’re leaving. If anything, it will be a new era. Admin after admin, era after era. This time will be different. Some of us aren’t ready. Let’s use that.
We will forge our own path and make it different than MPPC we know today. Let us have hope and fight strong.

KayaRoseWho Finn is able to shut it down- or ‘purge site’ because he is an admin and is able to access that feature. The moderators and trial mods definitely can’t access that setting.

KayaRoseWho I would understand more if it were only the head admin and owner being able to, so yes I agree with that. An admin already has a lot of power.

@Bandit Admins should only have the power to ban or kick somebody, but I don’t think there’s like a kick thing but I think admin should be allowed to ban somebody say the damn reason and explain with proof of what happened. You know what I’m saying they should not be able to shut the site down, but that’s just me, honestly actually I’m not gonna say because I will get into full detail and I will go on basically a riot type shit but I don’t think the admin should have the power to shut the site down since you’re not the owner of the damn site the only reason why the site went down because of the admins. Shazam and Duchess were the only good ones I’m gonna say that they were the only good people on this site to be an admin or whatever like one of the most nicest people on earth and everybody not saying like I’m saying like certain people they made them leave or they leave because she was tired of everybody’s shit. I don’t know if shazz is still here or not but I know that Duchess left because a lot of people making the site shit

KayaRoseWho I don’t know who Shazam is, but I’m sure they were a good admin from what I heard from you. I believe that we had a lot of good admins, but due to drama they all eventually left one by one. Presto and Duchess were the best in my eyes. Duchess was very kind and personal with the community, making posts and devoting herself to knowing people. Presto had humor but instilled a sense of obedience in the rules- he was chill when you got to know him. They both worked together very well. Anywho about the ban reason thing, there is also a box for when we ban people that allows us to put in a reason. As far as I know that reason is only sent to your email and not in your MPPC notifications. That personally is annoying and I agree that there should be been an extra step to ensure that the user knows why they were banned beforehand. The banned forums is also a good place to ask, but again the user should already know at that point what they did that got them banned.

KayaRoseWho Yeah… He actually trained me when I became trial mod. Might’ve been back in January or something but he showed me and taught me a lot of valuable things. He’s my idol. I won’t forget the imprint he left on the modteam and this community.
