yeah heating pads definitely work. what my parents do is take a sock, fill it with rice, and throw it in the microwave for a few mins. :] hope that helps <3

I just Had some huge wave About 1 hour ago and It was so bad I Groaned and thought I was going to die.
It lasted about 40-60 seconds
