I don’t remember the exact name but as far as I know, we have a hormone that secretes happiness. Factors such as ready-made foods and the internet affect these hormones, but these are factors that don’t really make you feel good, like empty happiness. Your medications can also be like this and that’s why you don’t feel good.
(I talked a lot of nonsense, right-).
I hope you can feel better, being forced to be happy with medication sucks :(
