@Blake I mean it is, to an extent, but it’s not like a super rare thing, because you have to remember there’s a shit ton of people on Earth, so it’s naturally going to affect more people.
(Now, if there were…9 people total, and it still affected about 30%, about 3 people would be affected, and then it’d be kinda rare, because it’s only a few people who are affected, etc.)
