“doobleh-veh” or double v but weird

Ky.Is.High. What’s even crazier is that in Spanish we can say “double u (w)” in FIVE ways–“doble u” “doble ve” “ve doble” “doble uve” or “uve doble”. Even CRAZIER is that it didn’t even exist in the Spanish language until 1969!! I literally own an old Spanish dictionary SO OLD that it listed how the letter “w” didn’t even exist in Spanish!

Anyway, so Spanish does solve the problem of calling “W” “Double U”, as you can use “doble ve” or “doble uve” meaning “Double V”.

The point? English is fucked up!
