Why is there a button called Rules? We all know nobody be following them

Okay, so I saw the Rules on there, and there were two well three that stood out. (stupid)

⁍Sending the same message throughout multiple rooms
⁍Holding the crown in a room that does not belong to you
⁍Do not spam

Well, holding the crown when it doesn’t belong to you is a bit stupid, to be honest. You’d have to hold the crown if, say, someone left the room asking you to hold it. And of course nobody’s going to follow the rules. Especially in Lobby. However, when there’s Lapis, an owner or an op in the room, they will more than likely follow the rules
