I also get bummed out very easily, especially whenever someone tries to argue with me. I lost my nerves of steel that I used to have before so now whenever an argument happens involving me I just back out and block/mute/ignore the other side

I’m sorry that happened to you, and I know how it can feel sometimes, when someone just wants to upset you or start something, it can honestly take a toll on your self-esteem and feelings themselves, and most of the time, I don’t know how to react but ruminating about it the entire day.
But I understand that you mostly block whoever’s being mean to you, or annoys. I don’t necessarily do that but again, I’m sorry that certain people have made you like that.

Yeah it’s just something I’ve been told by everyone. “If someone’s bothering you, just ignore them”. I’ve recently just started doing this and it really has helped me a lot. If you want the raw numbers however, 48 people blocked on discord (was only at 9 at the beginning of 2023), 12 people blocked here and a dozen of people chat muted on MPP

The only downfall what I am doing is that as I add more and more people to my blocked list, The more and more I become isolated
