new update on how im feeling today T^T

i have a body ach I can barely move my eyes are so watery my stomach hurts when I cough I keep sneezing and my head feels warm and I feel like passing out and my throat hurts really bad and I’m losing my voice and I have a stuffy nose and I have the chills to 😭 and I have sores on my lips and eyes and I have a bad fever 100.4 and I feel like vomiting to and I lost my sense of taste smell, and hearing as well so yeah .
