I am a biased person when it comes to this decision, so I have to admit, I’d like to give Cyber the second chance, but I also know how that could be unfair to past perm banned users who asked the same thing. A second chance.
I love second chances, so it is a little hard to see people have to be perm banned. But I know it is a necessity with certain people. I know Cyber has had a bad past here and people don’t trust him, and I get that. Maybe I should sit back for this one because I don’t want to end up making this decision off of biasedness.
