How did we get from supporting the LGBTQ+ to screaming and crying when someone calls us different pronouns when they didn’t know… 💀 fucking clowns.
I genuinely feel bad for the people I know who get my pronouns wrong, cause they’re like “OMG IM SO SORRY” and I have to reassure them 1000 times that it’s not a big deal and that I do not give a single fuck whether they even call me and it/it’s or whatever. I’m male, figure out my pronouns myself, but I have none. I don’t use pronouns, I just say I’m male and let peoples brains do the thinking, cause I really do not care.
But what’s absolutely fucking clownish… Is to scream and cry and get all defensive and angry when someone mispronouns your friend, or yourself. Like not everyone knows you, and if they do, and they mispronoun you, it’s a genuine mistake. Peoples brains are hardwired into thinking a certain characteristic = gender. People get confused, no need to whine like a baby and threaten murder… like how you gon’ threaten murder when you can’t even ask for a damn ketchup packet at a fuckin McDonald’s?? 💀💀 Clownin out here dude.

Look, all this name changing is confusing. I don’t doubt these adults nowadays brains are fried from the amount of hate they get from having to rewire their brains all the time. Name changes are confusing, hell my friend changes her name every month and I have to remember those names, and it’s hard.
