Lightning just struck the trees in my backyard 😍😍

Not even joking. I was out having fun for like an hour or so, and I was soaked and drenched and having the time of my life just being free and relaxed in the rain while the thunder overhead just calmly rumbled occasionally.

Then a huge ass lightning bolt struck my fucking backyard as if Zeus was trying to smite me down for my sins. Idek what the fuck I did but apparently Zeus-y poo was tryna fucking kill me. I was terrified a tree would fall onto my house or that I’d get struck next but I was frozen in fear staring into space. I saw the whole fuckin thing. It was so big and bright I felt my life flash before my eyes.

@Hexed-To-Death Wowzers - I’m glad you’re okay though. The closest a lightning bolt hit I’ve experienced was only at my neighbor’s house - I can only imagine.
