When you're extra careful of what you say
-
yeah, its a common trauma response
-
I just sit there sometimes staring at my texts trying to think of the most conventional or the most helpful thing to say. Or Iâm just like âunderstoodâ or âalright.â So this way I dont start any arguments. Iâve gotten to a point where Iâll hide my feelings or simplify my feelings into something less bad than it really is so this way an argument over my feelings doesnât start or they donât get mad at me.
-
@Cyx but doing that isnt healthy for you either
-
@finneass this past year hasnât been healthy đ
-
@Cyx real
-
@Cyx Yeah I Once was angry at my friend cuz she said something along these lines âI Hope You Die u sun of a bishâ Then she had said âOlivia/Oliver was never ur friend and Scarlet never loved You.â I Honestly Got Upset And Mad And I Didnât Know What I Was Saying So I Said âI Hope You Die And End Up Like Them. Nobody Even Liked You Anyways And I Hope One Day We Break Apart.â That Hurt Her heart cuz she was only joking. But I Wasnât Cuz I didnât know it was a joke. She shouldnât have brung them up in the first place, She knew i was sad because of it. And Uh We stopped talking. Honestly It was her fault. So ya.

@Cyx Yes.

It also doesnât help when text is unable to carry its own tone.
-

@Cyx Have you always been yelled at by people for what you say?
