I am thrilled to share some positive changes I have made recently! I have revamped my skincare routine, focusing on products that nourish and care for my skin. I’ve gained a healthy glow to my skin, and have eaten well. Additionally, I now take a moment to reflect before speaking, ensuring thoughtful communication.

In terms of physical health, I have established a consistent workout routine, which has helped me feel stronger and more energetic. Another significant shift is limiting negative self-talk and body shaming, instead practicing self-love and acceptance.
Finally, I have seen improvement in my social skills as well - engaging with others more confidently and building meaningful relationships.

Moving forward, I plan to limit sharing negative feedback publicly, except when absolutely necessary or through direct messages (DMs).
