Okay so you’re saying that you’ve apologized numerous times and they aren’t accepting your apology
Point being: They do not care enough to continue being your friend
They may not have said it, but when a person goes out of their way to distance themselves from you and not converse with you, you can assume that they are not your friend

Thus I don’t understand, yet again, what that has to do with anything lol

Namira’s got a point. If you apologized to them several times and they’re still ignoring you, then it’s best not to waste your time on them. You’d be better off just shutting her off.
