Asking for advice
-
So there’s this girl I know, I upset her back in October and she didn’t wanna speak to me anymore, I felt awful about what I did, but today they actually spoke to me, she asked if I wanted to play Jenga with them (her friends) i said sure and we played a few games then talked for a bit, then it was over, I don’t know what to do, should I try talking to them or not? And if I should what do i say?
-
An apology would be an excellent start.
-
@silly-goober Try talking try to get to know her a bit better <3 hope that’s gonna help
-
@Winnie_the_Bitchless yeah Jun is right too
-
@silly-goober It honestly depends on if you wanna be friends with her and HER friends. If you had fun, then you can obviously try and apologize for what happened or whatever and continue talking to them.
-
@jun ive apologized multiple times
-
@silly-goober Okay, well if she’s unwilling to forgive you or be friends with you, then don’t try. It is practically pointless trying to befriend someone who doesn’t wish to do the same.
-
@Winnie_the_Bitchless I have I’ve known her about 4 years
-
just how I see it, at least
-
@Namira I was best friends with them
-
I don’t see what difference that makes
If she doesn’t want to accept an apology I don’t see what else you can do
-
@Namira they’ve never said they dont wanna be friends anymore, they just stopped talking To me completely
-
@silly-goober oop
-
Okay so you’re saying that you’ve apologized numerous times and they aren’t accepting your apology
Point being: They do not care enough to continue being your friend
They may not have said it, but when a person goes out of their way to distance themselves from you and not converse with you, you can assume that they are not your friendThus I don’t understand, yet again, what that has to do with anything lol
-
Namira’s got a point. If you apologized to them several times and they’re still ignoring you, then it’s best not to waste your time on them. You’d be better off just shutting her off.
