My true fear

Is it bad that I have a fear of my parents dying? and have constant visions of me Burying them that make me have panic attacks??
It’s a true fear of mine and it’s soon to happen.
The fact is that the fear started when my mom almost died from PPCM
and I’ve had nightmares of her dying and me standing by her hospital bedside.

I also have that fear as my mom has a condition where if she works out she gets weaker (rhabdomyolysis) and that if muscle thingy (i may or may not forgot the concept of the condition) gets to her kidney, it may damage it because too strong

I’m worried every day T_T
