well to some extent…

Ai art is art composed and generated by an ai computer program, so we call it ai art.
whereas human art is simply just called art in basic terms.
Ai art is just another form of human art and is has pretty noticable differences.
But…
humans created computers which later came to humans creating ai, which the ai creates art which humans also created before the ai and since “human made art” was created before “ai generated art” i believe human art is the official original. Ai is just another “genre”

I think Ai “Artists” shouldn’t be given the title artists at all because all they do is type a prompt like for example, Fluffy dog.

And you’d get something like these.

They pose it, And they get the credit for “Talent”

That’s like 1 percent credit to the human, 99 percent to the ai.
it’s like telling another person what to draw and they do it for you but in this case it’s a computer.
in this case the human is telling the ai what to do and the ai runs the numbers and puts out a image.
so in this case it’s definitely not art for the human but the ai.

Oh and I would also say an Ai artist is more of a “creative writer” than an “artist”

i’d disagree to some extent
AI art is still art [ at least to me ], since it was technically made the same way humans make art, just instead of a human it’s artificial intelligence

but I do agree with this :

AI art is art, as the name says.

What’s not okay: you cannot perceive yourself as an artist just because you inserted a prompt in an Ai art tool and not having made said prompt yourself.

Since AI art may contain intricate detailing that are impossible for human artists to replicate, it’s easy to tell whenever someone used or not artificial intelligence tools.
