I need help.

It feels like something is blocking my chest in order to breathe. And whenever I try to, I either can’t, or it hurts to. What do I do?

@ImaLegendThanos so, I know you said it hurts, but to start, just try breathing in really deep (but really slow).
If you’re a choir kid, try thinking of breathing like that rather than normally, because breathing normally is quite shallow, and it’s technically breathing wrong.If that doesn’t really help, you might have like a mucus buildup or something, in which case I recommend a nebulizer or steam inhaler to help with the blockage.
Also, if none of that kind of stuff works, definitely go to the doctor. That’s kind of how my mom felt when she had pneumonia. (If you feel really sick, like you have the flu/a cold, but it’s way worse, it might be bronchitis or pneumonia because it’s going around right now.)
