how do I deal with a mother—my mother?

I really can’t do shit about it.
She’s been forcing me to go to choir practice with her and continues to drag me into things I don’t want to do.
Okay, I get it that choir is for religious reasons considering I’m in a christian house hold, but I don’t want to be force to sing. I’m not trying to be rude to my own mom, but I just don’t want to do it. I don’t want to be up on stage like that. It’s really annoying and I hate being in front of a large amount of people and I am not a very open person like my mom. Singing isn’t in my interest anymore like I used to and I would not like to be forced to be put back on that path.

@Raven Just- pull her aside one day when she’s not busy and have a serious talk with her ‘Hey. I’ve outgrown choir singing and it makes me uncomfortable (gives reasons why) is there something else we can do together?’ Or just leave it at the uncomfortable part
