Sometimes, my working becomes to overthinking, and (kinda) addicting. Not worrying about anything.
And when I try to take a break. I end up like I’m not doing enough work to make my 3/4 fans happy. And even If I feel like I have or haven’t done enough, I continue to overwork myself, not worrying about my mental health. It’ll also cause messing up my sleep schedule. I don’t think I get the part of “Stop Overworking Yourself.” I sometimes do and don’t understand, and I do or don’t stop. Just so I can make people happy and proud of me for once. And you have most friends downplaying my shit and making fun of It, not knowing how long It took, Why I did It, and Why I am so focused on It. I’m focused on nothing besides my work, and It’s kinda selfish If you really think about It. Though I really care about people, It js seems like I don’t. I’m just a little too focused on something that I feel like I need to hit the goal on. And nobody Is understanding It. They just think I’m being childish. No, I’m trying my hardest here. I mean, When I go out Into the REAL World, THEN I’ll have to start paying attention to my mental health, my sleep schedule, etc. But I mostly pull Almost all-nighters, and wonder why I’m so tired. I feel like I get 1 hour of sleep. It’s kinda unsettling & upsetting If you REALLY think hard. But until further notice, I might stop for a little and think about some stuff. Today’s already been a drag because of this NCT shit. But anyway, Until further notice, I might stop for a little and think about some stuff.
