They aren’t actually 3d but they are in layers to look like they are.

With Other Vtubers/Vroid user. they have characters what look more like this, th.jpg

Their more 3d, have more room to move, and look more realistic as they can turn from side to side without looking weird.

So it looks more realistic in a way and it’s harder and more time consuming than 2d Vtubing.
