My clinician was an indian woman which you don’t see a lot of in the band world. Most band directors are white men so it was nice to see a person of color and a woman who chose music written by women for us to play at our clinic :)

nothing wrong with being a white man its just nice to see some change sometimes yk? because i know someones gonna come after me and say “wElL wHaTs WrOnG wItH a WhItE mAn” nothing is, but in the band world theres not a lot of diversity, its usually a white man who plays brass as your clinician, not only was she a flute player but she was also bipoc which makes a lot of people happy

Tbh there is no reason for anybody to bring up that past of shit that A: Does not really matter at the moment, And B: Knows that stuff is not right to speak about. Yall still homies no matter what. I understand it’s hard to forget about the past especially since people keep bringing it up for no damn reason or just to hurt your ass. It’s dumb and idiotic of them. No one should deal with shit like this. No one should bring up the past of something that will hurt them dearly. It’s very stupid. Irritating. It pisses so many people off at this point, Including myself.
