Uhmmm interesting morning.

Had an anxiety attack in the shower so fucking bad that I couldn’t function cause I was shaking really badly, and then got my period so I’m in pain, then my mom was screaming at my dad so I had to listen to loud music to drown it out, then my brother had an argument with my mom, then my dad and brother had an argument so I had to deal with that too. I’ve been laying down all day since like- I’m tired asf. And I think my parents are arguing over the phone rn. :/
