In a way, they need to be. Shazz is only one of the- what? 4 or 5 mods there are, and they need to be strict with who they ban because if they don’t ban the people who constantly fuck up then there’ll be more problems for everyone else. -

@7o2_China It can go in any direction, and sometimes unexpectedly. We just have to be aware of any possibility, whether it’s getting verbally abused by someone or a potential argument that we need to handle; we have to love and learn how to be rational in every perspective for anyone who decides to bring that upon us, but ultimately upon themselves.
We do have to agree as our whole staff - I tend to subside from being too strict because that isn’t good for me personally. I understand how I may need to be strict in order to establish somewhat dominance over someone’s justification, but as a group, I have no problem whether we all agree on one thing. -
