@Cozy-Talk There are things that we do that just make us feel so good about ourselves. Whether that’s committing to a seemingly-pointless task every day, or helping others with their difficult problems. Most of the things we do are done because they have a reward and that makes us feel good. Even simple things like eating, or brushing your hair. It doesn’t matter what, or how meaningful it really is. This applies to even unhealthy things. People drink because it makes them feel good. While that’s obviously unhealthy, I think people can discover a lot about themselves if they were aware of what makes them feel good and why. You can learn why unhealthy things make you feel good and even try to move to healthier things. Once people don’t feel good (physically, mentally emotionally), it breaks down that person in a way, which is why I know one thing: People shouldnt go out of their way to make others not feel good about themselves.

What is the most rewarding thing you do in your life right now? And why do you feel good about it?

@CyxLovezJeff That’s really amazing. Once you get to that point, it’s easier to deal with things because you feel okay with talking about it.

Make friends either here or elsewhere. I recently got in contact with someone and talking to her has genuinely made me laugh and enjoy my time. On top of that I’ve been more open about myself. If someone ask something and I have an answer I will answer it. Helping people is what makes me happy. Sometimes it takes a lot out of me to do so. . . But that’s the rewarding thing about it. I get to see smiling faces. Even if it’s just one more time. It to me is one of the most important things and beautiful things I can confidently say I’ve done. Making people happy is what makes me happy and genuinely I enjoy it.

@Thetruepath “been more open about myself” the scariest part of this to me is scaring someone away/out of my life. I just worry if I say the wrong thing or I say something I shouldn’t have that people will just leave or something like that… other than that though I’m fairly happy
